The SNA and College Union jointly organized Onam Fest” AARAVAM” on 12.09.2024 between 10.00 am to 3.00 pm at PVS College of Nursing. On the significance of Onam celebration, a traditional Athapookalam was arranged on the entrance. The Programme began with a brief introduction on Onam by Ms Aleena Shijin, SNA Vice president [IV Year BSc Nursing] A silent prayer was conducted to commemorate the victims of Wayanad natural calamity.

At the Outset Dr Jaykish Jayaraj Managing Director &Trustee of PVS Hospital addressed the gathering. He emphasized on the value of life and to be kind to all people. Mr Subas Babu MN [Academic Director] gave a warm wishes and pointed out the value of Nurses and life. Prof Shynee Paul [Principal] conveyed Onam wishes and spoke on significance of Onam celebration where in she conveyed the message for students highlighting harmony, triumph over goodness and empathetic approach. The main attraction of the programme was Mega Thiruvathira kali which was organized by [VI Semester] students was nothing short of mesmerizing. The grace, coordination and vibrant energy showcased the rich cultural heritage and the incredible dedication of everyone involved. Group Dance by [IV Year Students] added further colour to the event. OnaPattu was sang by Ms Vandana T M [IV Semester].
